Kalayaan (Wildlife) is a 2012 Filipino independent drama film starring Zanjoe Marudo and Luis Alandy. This pinoy movie is directed by Adolfo B. Alix Jr. It is produced by Phoenix Features, Cinemalaya, Wa Entertainment Inc. with support from the Hubert Bals Fund, Cinemart and the Global Film Initiative. It is also a finalist at the Directors Showcase Category in Cinemalaya 2012.

Plot:
After Julian completed his three months of service as a soldier stationed in Kota Island, he is ready to finally leave Kalayaan (Spratlys). He is however ordered to stay indefinitely because of a pending coup d'etat in Manila. With nothing much to do, he slowly grows lonely and becomes haunted of a traumatic past. In order to survive, he will either cope with reality or lose his own sanity.
